Chesterfield Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2010

The 2010 Chesterfield County Citizen Satisfaction Survey included 550 randomly selected individuals living in the County. The survey was conducted in the summer of 2010. The survey was an abbreviated version of the 2004 2006 and 2008 Chesterfield County Citizen Satisfaction Surveys. Cell-phone respondents were included in the survey just as they were in 2008. Weighting schemes were adopted in accordance with the disproportionate sampling techniques involving cell phones. As in 2006 and 2008 Spanish-speaking residents of the county had a chance to participate in the survey in Spanish through special arrangements with bilingual members of CSR and/or county staff. Four residents participated in this way.
