Megan Miller is a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Virginia, where she received her master's degree. Hailing from Kansas, she received her bachelor's degree in Economics and Math from the University of Kansas.
Megan’s quantitative expertise will be used on several projects at the Cooper Center, especially during the data preparation, analysis, and reporting phase. In particular, Megan will assist on multiple local government resident surveys, including studies for James City County. For CEPS, she will help the Department of Planning and Budget reorganize the way information about the state budget is organized and presented.
