CSR collaborated with the Council for Professional Recognition to conduct a multi-mode survey in English and Spanish involving web and paper quantitative data collection of 8 500 Child Development Associate credential holders. The project used a responsive design to target subgroups in the sample for which response was lagging. There were 1 600 completed questionnaires.
