National Association of Realtors Survey Methods Evaluation

CSR consulted with NAR on ways to improve response rates for two important, annual, national surveys: the homebuyers survey and the survey of NAR members (Realtors). Under CSR`s guidance, NAR ran an experiment with reminders and incentives that doubled the response rate on the member survey. The changes were less effective when tried on the homeowners survey. No data collection by CSR: consultation only.
