Appalachian Colorectal Cancer Survey

In partnership with the University of Kentucky and Ohio University, CSR is calling households in the Appalachian regions of Kentucky and Ohio. This survey’s purpose is to assess health behaviors, specifically as they relate to colorectal cancer, among residents who are 50-74 years old. The survey is confidential, conducted over the phone, and takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Blue Ridge Area Food Bank 2021 Donor Survey

In partnership with the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, CSR is surveying active Food Bank donors on their preferences and motivations in supporting the fight to end hunger. A subset of recent donors have been chosen as part of a scientific sample across the region.  Be on the lookout for a postal letter from the Food Bank about this initiative. Follow-up survey instructions will come directly from CSR by postal mail as well as email. The confidential survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Results will be used by the Food Bank to inform future decisions in how they serve their clients and community partners.

Richmond Gas Works Survey

On behalf of Richmond Gas Works, the Center for Survey Research is currently calling residents and businesses in the Richmond area to ask about natural gas safety. We're contacting randomly selected households and businesses in the city of Richmond as well as the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, and Henrico. The survey is confidential, conducted over the phone, and only takes about five minutes to complete.
