CSR Study Finds African-American Children at Greater Risk of Drowning

CSR releases results of a survey on the swimming ability of adults and children in the Jefferson Area.  Results point to a substantial racial disparity in the ability to swim, a gap that puts African-American children in our area at greater risk of death by drowning if they are involved in a water accident.
